Buddycare aspires to provide the best service possible to all pet parents, no matter where within the UK you’re based. From Marshall Meadows to Lizard Point, and everywhere else in between, we’ll securely package and post all orders within a timely manner to ensure they arrive just when your fur baby needs them! 

With this in mind we’ve teamed up with Royal Mail to send all of our hand selected pet products via Royal Mail 2nd Class post, which should arrive at your door within an estimated 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. In addition to your products arriving just when you need them, Buddycare also covers all postage costs, meaning you will not pay any delivery fees on our products.

Buddycare is mindful of the environment in which we operate, and the adverse effect negative actions can have on the planet. Therefore, we have ensured that the packaging we use for our products is 100% recyclable and completely biodegradable. 

But that’s not all! The marketing, administration, and literature production we engage with is equally sustainable, as whilst we endeavour to create as little tangible items as possible, those we do produce are also 100% recyclable, and fully biodegradable.

This is something we as a company are fully committed to, and aspire to become ever more environmentally friendly, as we believe that the global level of biodiversity is of the utmost importance. Considering this, we are continuously seeking to identify any future opportunities in which we can further reduce our carbon footprint, in an effort to consciously contribute towards the ecological conservation of wildlife and green spaces.
